2026 Annual Meeting | Suffolk Credit Union

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Suffolk Credit Union hosted its Annual Meeting at our Medford branch.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors shared highlights from the past year, including our financial performance, key accomplishments, and continued commitment to community involvement. Members in attendance had the opportunity to ask questions and offer feedback about the credit union.

Following the 2026 Annual Meeting, Suffolk Credit Union announced its Board of Directors leadership team. Frank C. Trotta will serve as Chairperson, with Phil F. T. Bauccio serving as Vice Chairperson. James J. Maggio, Jr. will serve as Treasurer, while Robert L. Spadaccini will serve as Secretary. Additional members of the Board include Robert Schaefer, Tanya Palmore, and Bryan S. Mastrangelo, who will each serve as Directors. Janet Koch will serve as Associate Board Director, and Edward J. Reilly will continue to hold the honorary title of Director Emeritus. Together, the Board remains committed to providing strong leadership and continued service to Suffolk Credit Union members and the communities we serve.
