Please call (866) 724-2384, use the Card Controls feature through online/mobile banking, or come into a local branch.
For the safety of our members, we can only mail a Debit card to the address we already have on file.
First attempt to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. If the merchant cannot resolve the situation, visit your local branch and we will assist you. This is an unfortunate situation, but with Mastercard Zero Liability, you don't have to worry.
There is a $2.50 charge, plus any additional fees charged by the other financial institution.
Traveling to another state won't block your card, but if you are traveling abroad please be sure to let us know. This way we can make sure you can use your card uninterrupted.

Your child needs to be at least 15 years old to have a debit card with Suffolk Credit Union. Members between the ages of 15 and 17 must have a joint member on the account who is 18 or older, such as a parent, grandparent, or guardian.
