Rules and Disclosures – Tanger Riverhead Holiday Celebration Event Giveaway (December 6, 2025)

1. Eligibility
The Holiday Celebration Event Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who enter via the Giveaway webpage and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Nassau and Suffolk Counties and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Suffolk Credit Union (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, volunteers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept Suffolk Credit Union’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted in person at the Suffolk Credit Union booth at the Holiday Celebration Event at Tanger Riverhead on December 6, 2025 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. All entries must be received by 3:00 PM EST on December 6, 2025.
4. How to Enter
The Giveaway must be entered by submitting a completed entry form at the event. Entries must fulfill all Giveaway requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Suffolk Credit Union. Entrants may enter only once. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the SUffolk Credit Union. Winners will be notified via email using the address provided on the entry form within five (5) days following the drawing. Suffolk Credit Union is not responsible for winners’ failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY A WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Suffolk Credit Union and its agents the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes worldwide, without further notice or compensation.
9. Terms
Suffolk Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity. Suffolk Credit Union may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Attempts to deliberately damage any website or undermine the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws. Suffolk Credit Union reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering, you agree to receive periodic digital correspondence from Suffolk Credit Union. You may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Suffolk Credit Union and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, volunteers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize, including but not limited to:
(i) technical failures,
(ii) unavailability of communications or internet service,
(iii) unauthorized human intervention,
(iv) errors in administration or entry processing.
11. Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York State. Participants waive any rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
12. Privacy Policy
By entering, you agree that Suffolk Credit Union may send you information. Your information will not be used, sold or disseminated outside of Suffolk Credit Union.
13. Winners List
To request a copy of the winners list (winner’s first name, last initial and town of residence) or these Official Rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
