NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

  • Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New York, ages 18 or older at the time of entry, who are employees or staff of St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown, NY. Volunteers and Immediate Family Members of Volunteers and Employees of Suffolk Credit Union, and its affiliates, are not eligible to win.
  • Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on July 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
  • How to Enter:
  • Online Entry: Complete an official entry form suffolkcu.org/chs-giveaway during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.
  • In-Person “Bonus Entry”: Speak with a team member at the Suffolk Credit Union Financial Wellness Center at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital during posted branch hours during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) “Bonus Entry” per person.
  • Prizes & Odds:
  • One (1) Grand Prize: $500.00 cash or statement credit (Value: $500).
  • Ten (10) First Place Prizes: One (1) $25 Shoreline Cafe Gift Card per winner (Total Value: $250).
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Shoreline Cafe is not a sponsor or participant in this promotion.
  • Winner Selection & Notification: Online form entries and in-person “Bonus Entries” will be combined into a single file for selection. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 4, 2026. Winners will be notified via the email or phone number provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to release Suffolk Credit Union and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of prizes.
