  • building for your tomorrow, today!

On June 1, 2025, Suffolk Credit Union will undergo a system upgrade to enhance the services we provide to you. This will ensure safe, secure and reliable banking while enabling us to introduce expanded financial products in the future. Although many of these improvements will happen behind the scenes, we’ll be announcing new features and service enhancements soon!

We are pleased to report the following items will remain the same:

There will be no changes to debit or credit card account numbers, you do not need to take action. You will be able to make purchases with your Suffolk CU Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards during the upgrade weekend as well as ATM withdrawals. Deposits and balance inquiries will be unavailable during the system upgrade weekend. Click for Service Availability details.

You do not need to make any changes to your direct deposits. However, some timing could be affected over the system upgrade weekend. Click for Service Availability details.

You do not need to order new checks. In fact, you can look at the 14-digit Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) line at the bottom of your checks to see how your account number will appear in places like online banking after the system upgrade. Click for more on Account Changes.

You do not need to make any changes to your online and mobile banking credentials. However, these services will be unavailable over the system upgrade weekend. Click for Service Availability details.

You do not need to make any changes to previously scheduled recurring transaction after the system upgrade. However, the timing of automated transfers, bill payments, scheduled deposits, recurring ACH transactions, and other debits & credits could be disrupted up to 2 days during the weekend of May 30th. These transactions could post either EARLY or LATE

And, of course, our commitment to providing excellent service will not change!
